A Month After Beyonce’s Epic Halftime Superbowl Performance

It has been a month since Beyonce’s Superbowl Performance during SB16, where she courageously used her platform to bring awareness to the police brutality that haunts minorities in America especially unarmed black people. In the weeks following her performance she has been accused of being anti-police and purposely trying to divide the country. There has been some backlash and a failed protest after only three anti-Beyonce protestors showed up on the steps of a building in New York City. However, now there have been reports that police officers who jobs are to protect and serve, refuse to work Beyonce’s Formation Tour set to start next month.

This presents the 7/11 singer with a couple of options to address the issues at hand.

She can either one, issue a public apology and state her intentions for our song for Formation and her Halftime performance.

Two, hired her own security because in true Beyonce fashion, she bought it so she can flaunt it!

Or, three not say anything at all, stand by her words, performance, song Formation and the little boy who shamelessly danced in front of riot geared police officers wearing a hoody that echoes slain Treyvon Martin, with a wall in the background that reads “Stop Shooting Us”!

Guesses are, Beyonce will choose number three. Bey has been in the game for years and you better believe NO move is done without fully understanding it from all angles.

Will this end her career? No. Will this start must needed conversation? Yes. But one thing is for sure people everywhere have taken notice.
