Kelly Rowland & Nelly Take Vegas Hitting the Stage For the First Time in Years

Nelly and Kelly Rowland hosted Drais Nightclub over the weekend in Las Vegas. The pair performed what they claimed had been the first time in years. As for their classic song from the late 2000’s “Dilemma”,  according to them had only been performed by them together a hand full of times. Nonetheless the crowd was in for a treat.

Nelly who hit the hip hop scene in the summer of 2000, took to the stage rapping classics from his lengthy catalog such as “Country Grammar”, “Air Force Ones” and “Ride Wit Me”. During his performance he would mix in a current song’s beat and rap the second verse over it. It was a nice additive to those to young to know about Nelly during his earlier days. He ended his set with “Hot in Herre”, from his multi-platinum album, Nellyville. It was not surprising that the crowd knew the song word for word.

Next Kelly then hit the stage alongside Nelly to perform some classics of her own, including some Destiny’s Child hits. She began with her first single from her second album Ms. Kelly“Like This” and double platinum song “Motivation”. She also performed “Soldier”, “Can You Keep Up” and “Survivor” from her DC days with Beyoncé and Michelle Williams.

Nelly and Kelly then sang “Dilemma” and dance close just like in their 2002 music video. Also in attentance was model Eva Marcle and Teyanna Taylor, who were brought to the stage. In addition, Nelly’s girlfriend, Ms. Jackson came out to show her love to her boo. Overall, Nelly and Rowland kept the crowd moving all night. One might have not known what to expect but whatever the case, they brought it and then some. f f f
